Rates and Insurance

Your mental health is a pivotal piece of your wellness puzzle, it can however be costly.  If finances are getting in the way of your ability to get the healing services you need, please talk Kari Lyn.   

             There are a limited amount of discounted rates for clients and you may qualify.

• Individual Therapy Sesion (most common) - $160 
• 45 minute session - $145 (Typically for Adolescents) 
• Couples/Family Therapy Session - $175
• Intake Session (first session only) - $195

Many insurance companies provide mental health benefits and are willing to pay in full or in part for services.  To understand your benefits contact your insurance company directly and ask about your coverage for psychotherapy coverage.   

Note:  I am credentialed with all insuracnce companies (meaning, they acknowledge my professional license), however, I do not submit directly to them.  I will provide you with a "Superbill" that provides all needed information in order for you to access reimbursement from your provider and HSA funds.
