Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is an evidence-based approach for treating chronic pain. Rooted in neuroscience, PRT aims to rewire neural pathways in the brain in order to deactivate pain. Recent studies have shown that chronic back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia symptoms, repetitive strain injury, headaches, and other forms of chronic pain are often not the result of structural causes, but of psychophysiologic processes that can be reversed.
This is known as neuroplastic pain.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is a new and emerging modality for helping people with treatment resistance. Ketamin, originally used as an anesthetic, started being studied in the 1970's for its healing properties for mental health. After infusion, while being observed by medical professionals, patients experience a psychadelic experience for approximately 45 minutes. It is believed that Ketamine works by increasing the neuroplasticy in our brain to optomize the efficasy of therapy. This medicine is showing 70-80% success rate and is expecially helpful in people who struggle with PTSD, Major Depression and Chronic Pain. Together we will work with a medical clinic while folling the KAP treatment protocoll in therapy seasons.
Kari Lyn is certified in

Life coaching is a goal-focused partnership designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and momentum in your life. Clients often seek coaching for support with personal growth, career goals, wellness, or overall life satisfaction.
Unlike therapy, life coaching is a more informal, forward-focused relationship. It does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, and insurance is not used. Instead, coaching centers on identifying goals, addressing obstacles, and creating actionable steps toward success.
As your coach, I will help you clarify your goals, offer guidance and accountability, and support you as you work toward a more fulfilling life. Sessions may take place in my office, at a coffee shop, or another agreed-upon location. Services are paid for in advance, typically in monthly packages.
If you’re curious whether life coaching is right for you, I invite you to reach out for an initial conversation.
