Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is an evidence-based approach for treating chronic pain. Rooted in neuroscience, PRT aims to rewire neural pathways in the brain in order to deactivate pain. Recent studies have shown that chronic back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia symptoms, repetitive strain injury, headaches, and other forms of chronic pain are often not the result of structural causes, but of psychophysiologic processes that can be reversed.
This is known as neuroplastic pain.

You may have heard of a friend, family member, or colleague hiring a Life Coach. Life Coaching is gaining popularity as a means for strategically empowering people in the direction of their goals. Life coaching clients may be looking for direction in their personal life, career, overall wellness or life satisfaction. Life coaching differs from therapy in a few fundamental ways. Coaching is a more informal relationship where I take a more hands off approach. While therapy can be an uncovering, understanding and healing issues you face, a coaching relationship is more geared toward goals. We are not treating mental health conditions therefore no diagnosis is given and no insurance is involved. As your coach, I will help you set goals for yourself, provide direction, and help you articulate what's getting in the way of your success. I will support you and offer you accountability as you journey toward a more satisfying life. We can choose to meet at my office, a coffee shop or another location of your choice. Clients pay upfront for services a month or more at a time. Depending on your personal needs, Life Coaching may be a good fit for you. If you would like more information about this or are wondering if Life Coaching is a right for you, feel free to contact me for an initial conversation.
There is a wealth of healing available to us when we access spirit through guided meditation. Spirit Healing helps clients heal by accessing spiritual belief systems, any power representing goodness in your life for healing. In the tradition of the Immanuel approach and inner child healing, clients are led into an intimate spiritual experience that frequently relieves traumatic symptoms and experiences. When we invite spirit into our areas of pain, we connect our mind-body-spirit healing power. Although results vary, some of my clients report significant change in just a few sessions.
